I would tell any new hire that PermaTrak is a great place to work. Sometimes the work can be challenging, but it is also rewarding in many aspects. I would caution a new hire to not view this opportunity as just ‘a job’ where you need to do your time, get in and get out. I would encourage a new hire that work-life balance is important (and PermaTrak facilitates that well), but what you put in and get out are probably closely correlated.
If you were a new hire, you should know that some of the work we do at PermaTrak can be challenging but you will feel like PermaTrak appreciates and values their employees.
Working for PermaTrak is like working with your family.  I say this in the sense that we are always looking out for each other, helping each other out when one is in need of help, checking in on each other when one is struggling, and teaching you the proper way to succeed after a failure.  All just like how your family would treat you.
If I can only choose one answer here I would say that at PermaTrak we truly act as a team on all decisions that are made as a company. All team members’ opinions are valued and taken into consideration; and most importantly, these decisions are made with true transparency. I think many companies make similar statements as a ‘catch phrase’ but this is a genuine reality at PermaTrak.  Hard work, honesty and integrity is valued and reciprocated through respect.
We are a true collaborative team. Everyone has a voice and a say in how things are done. Everyone’s input is encouraged and valued.
I would want someone to know that PermaTrak is a strong, growing company with great opportunities ahead.  It is a fair company that treats people well and is enjoyable to work for.  The strong integrity and character of the leadership is the best I have been a part of and it trickles down into the daily culture.
If you only want to come into work and sit in your cubicle and collect a check, this isn’t the place for you.
