Josey Lake Park - Cypress, TX

Josey Lake Park is a 140-acre greenspace located in the Bridgeland community of Cypress, TX. The park features amenities for kayaking, ziplining, birdwatching, and other activities. A three-mile walkway with ten boardwalks was designed to wind around portions of Josey Lake, connecting various trails and recreational areas for community residents.

Lake Front Trail Crossings - Little Elm, TX

Part of a long trail which follows the shoreline in the town of Little Elm. Thirteen PermaTrak boardwalks and a truss bridge were installed, ranging in length from 30 feet to 275 feet, and ranging in width from 13 feet to 14 feet to match the trail’s dimensions.


Mansions 3Eighty - Aubrey, TX

A recreational trail is one of many amenities at Mansions 3Eighty, a luxury apartment complex located north of Dallas, TX. An 88-foot boardwalk is used as part of the trail, linking two condominium developments off of busy Highway 380, providing greater connectivity for residents.

Phillips Creek Ranch - Frisco, TX

A 110-foot long, 9-foot wide trail crossing was installed over water adjacent to a weir structure in a development in Frisco, TX. Designers took advantage of longer PermaTrak beams to reduce the amount of cast-in-place drill shafts used in the foundation. 

Light Farms Community - Celina, TX

Two pedestrian bridges have been installed at the upscale Light Farms master-planned community in northern Texas. Read more about how these bridges give the community access to cross two tributaries, walk neighborhood trails and access the community’s impressive amenities.

Windsong Ranch - Prosper, TX

85' length boardwalk installed on a cast-in-place concrete caisson foundation system. The boardwalk spans across a small/shallow creek that feeds a pond. Located within a large residential community (Windsong Ranch) with a large quantity of pedestrian traffic on the boardwalk - both foot traffic and bicycle traffic. White Rock Creek Greenbelt Trail Extension - Dallas, TX

The 7.6 mile White Rock Creek Trail is a north-south trail in northeast Dallas adjacent to White Rock Creek that links several parks along the White Rock Creek Greenbelt and provides a direct connection to the Cottonwood Creek Trail and White Rock Lake. Open for runners, cyclists and skaters, the PermaTrak concrete boardwalk allows for continuous travel in an area not previously available.
